Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

Cedar Park is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cedar Park follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had Jacob install a new aftermarket radio in my truck. He was very knowledgeable and did a very clean job. I recommend this place to anyone needing a new stereo for their vehicle.

Had a great experience! He was outside to meet me and asked some simple questions. He got to work pretty quickly on installing the speakers and they needed bracket adapters so he went and got brackets for the panel so they would fit. He installed them quickly and did it well, they don't vibrate at high bass or anything and they sound great! He charged a very reasonable price for the install. Will be going back again if I have any other sound system installs! P.S: The plastic covers on the speaker are left uninstalled because it would have required drilling holes into the door panel itself which I didn't want to do.

I’ve dealt with plenty of shops over the years, and Speaker Easy is by far the most incompetent, careless, and unprofessional outfit I’ve ever encountered. And just so we’re clear: I have text messages and emails proving every single thing I’m saying here. I ordered the exact part he told me to order β€” from Emerald Integrations β€” and even confirmed it with him before buying it. Two weeks later I bring him the part for what he said would be a simple plug-and-play install. Halfway through, he calls me saying, β€œWhoa, this is a lot of work, I have to completely pull apart the dash.” You install stereos for a living. Isn’t this literally your job? Then he tears the whole dash apart only to tell me the part β€œwon’t work.” No verification beforehand. No double-check. No professionalism. His solution? β€œI’ll put it back together and you can come pick it up.” And then he charges me $600 for accomplishing absolutely NOTHING. Would anyone else be okay with this? He ripped my dash apart, admitted he couldn’t do the job, and still charged me like he performed some miracle. For the record: the part was ordered EXACTLY the way he told me to order it. I followed his instructions to the lette
